What We Do

Equipping │ Educating │ Empowering

The Center for Development of Leadership (CDL) provides formal and non-formal training to pastors and church leaders in Mozambique and Portuguese speaking nations of Africa who yearn for biblical theological studies.

Non-Formal

The non-formal training offers 8-10 seminars each year in various areas of study.

Students may also access helpful training materials from our ministry partner, Olford Ministries International, at Olford.org.

Formal

The formal training offers a two-year Diploma in Biblical Studies and a four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Theology.

Students may also pursue a Master’s Degree in Ministry, taught in Portuguese through our ministry partner, Carolina University.
